My name is Akindele Israel. Most people know me as the Sabi Baker. I am a pastry chef, project manager, and the person behind Ispi Cakes and Pastries right here in Lagos.

I started young. My first big order was for 50 people and I was shaking the entire time. They loved it. That feeling of delivering something that made people stop mid-celebration and ask who made this has kept me in this kitchen ever since.

We recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance for standard cakes. For wedding cakes and large event orders, 2 to 4 weeks in advance is ideal. This gives us the time to plan, source quality ingredients, and give your cake the full attention it deserves.
Yes. We deliver across all of Lagos. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location. We handle every delivery with care to ensure your cake arrives exactly the way it left our kitchen.
We accept all payment methods including bank transfer, cash on delivery, and mobile payments. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. We will discuss the payment structure when you place your order.
Absolutely. Every cake we make is custom. Send us your inspiration photos, your colour theme, and any specific details and we will bring your vision to life. The more detail you share the better we can match your expectation.
Yes we do. For wedding cake orders and large event bookings, we offer tasting sessions so you can experience the flavours before your final order. Send us a message to arrange this.
